Ladies and Gentlemen,
On November 25, 2013, the District Court in Kielce, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered the transformation of ETCplus SA from a joint stock company into a limited liability company.
ETCplus limited liability company has the rights and obligations of the former ETCplus SA, including the rights and obligations resulting from the concluded contracts, which it will perform on the unchanged terms (Article 553 of the Code of Commercial Companies). Therefore, the transformation does not result in the need to sign any new agreements or annex them.
In connection with the above, from November 25, 2013, ETCplus spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością is a party to our mutual agreements, and all documents regarding mutual cooperation, including VAT invoices, accounting notes and corrections, should be issued taking into account the new legal form of our Company:
